  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Entrepreneur: EchoBeat Studio, the entity offering digital music products and services online to consumers.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded via a system organized for the remote sale of digital products using distance communication techniques.

  • Remote communication technique: Any means to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.

  • General terms and conditions: The current general terms and conditions of EchoBeat Studio.

Article 2 - Applicability

  • These terms and conditions apply to every offer and distance contract concluded between EchoBeat Studio and the consumer.

  • Before a contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If not possible, it will be provided upon request without charge.

  • For electronic contracts, these terms and conditions can be made available electronically in a way that allows storage for future reference.

  • If specific conditions for digital products apply, they are supplementary to these terms. In the event of conflicting terms, the most favorable to the consumer applies.

Article 4 - The Offer

    • Total price.

Article 5 - The Contract

  • The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

  • For electronic agreements, receipt of acceptance will be acknowledged electronically.

  • EchoBeat Studio will take appropriate measures to ensure secure data transmission and online transactions.

  • If EchoBeat Studio finds reasons to refuse an order, it reserves the right to do so or to apply special conditions, providing justification to the consumer.

Article 6 - Right of Cancellation

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • Consumers waive their right of withdrawal once they access or download the purchased digital content.

Article 7 - Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered for digital products once they have been accessed, downloaded, or used.

  • If a digital product is found to be defective or inaccessible, the consumer must contact EchoBeat Studio within 7 days for resolution.

Article 8 - Price

  • Prices will remain unchanged during the validity period stated in the offer.

  • EchoBeat Studio is not responsible for additional costs such as foreign exchange fees or taxes applied by payment processors.

  • Any errors in pricing or typographical mistakes will not bind EchoBeat Studio.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All digital products remain the intellectual property of EchoBeat Studio.

  • Consumers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for personal or commercial use (as stated in the product description).

  • Consumers may not resell, redistribute, or modify the digital products without explicit permission.

Article 10 - Delivery & Access

  • All digital products are delivered electronically via download links, account access, or email.

  • Consumers must ensure they provide a valid email address for product delivery.

  • If access issues occur, consumers must contact EchoBeat Studio within 7 days for assistance.

Article 11 - Payment

  • Payments must be completed before access to digital products is granted.

  • Consumers must report inaccuracies in payment details promptly.

Article 12 - Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery of issues.

  • Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days, with an indication of resolution time if more than 14 days are required.

  • If a complaint is justified, EchoBeat Studio will replace or resolve the issue at no extra charge.

  • In the event of disputes, efforts will be made to resolve the issue amicably.
